Downtown Art Center is now seeking artwork donations for its upcoming exhibition, The DAC Collectors’ Art Sale, on view from September 5 to 26, 2025. This special event, curated by Allison Wong, invites collectors to donate fine art from their personal collections to benefit DAC’s exhibitions program and support the growth of Hawaiʻi’s vibrant art community.

The sale will feature fine works by celebrated artists including: 

• Satoru Abe

• Bumpei Akaji

• Vicky Chock

• Juliette May Fraser

• Ka-Ning Fong

• Peter Hayward

• Sanit Khewhok

• Keichi Kimura

• Victor Kobayashi

• Hiroki Morinoue

• Timothy Ojile

• Madge Tennent

and many others. A wide range of media will be included, from painting and photography to prints and sculpture—some by artists who have shaped Hawaiʻi’s art history and others representing the next generation.
