墨花 SUMIBANA: “Ink Flowers”


DAC is honored to host three Hawaiʻi schools of Shodo (Japanese calligraphy), as they come together with Toin Misho-ryu Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement) for Sumibana, "Ink Flowers" a collaborative exhibition celebrating the beauty of both art forms.

Join us for the Opening Reception in the Courtyard Gallery during First Friday on Friday, May 1 from 5:30 to 8 p.m., then visit again Saturday, May 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Sunday, May 3 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
