HAWAIʻI CRAFTSMEN: FIBER HAWAIʻI 2026

Main Gallery: Hawaii Craftsmen presents "Fiber Hawaiʻi 2026: In, Of, or About Fiber." This biennial juried exhibition, running June 5–27 in the DAC Main Gallery, showcases diverse interpretations of fiber art, from traditional weaving, quilting, and shibori to ceramic, glass, and mixed media works inspired by a "fiber sensibility." The juror this year is Marques Hanalei Marzan, a celebrated Hawaiian fiber artist and Cultural Advisor at the Bishop Museum, whose work bridges indigenous traditions with contemporary innovation.
